The Birth Prep Workshop is designed to help prepare you for labor. In this workshop, we will cover breathing techniques, levels of the pelvis and labor positions for each, and pushing techniques (pelvic floor friendly!). We will also discuss healing tips for the immediate postpartum period. Any stage of pregnancy is welcome, but we recommend taking the class around 32-34 weeks pregnant. There are 3 date options available. Please bring a yoga/exercise mat.
