The Birth Prep Workshop is thoughtfully designed to help you feel confident and prepared for labor. During this workshop, we’ll guide you through essential breathing techniques, explore the different levels of the pelvis and optimal labor positions, and cover pushing strategies that are pelvic floor-friendly. We’ll also share valuable healing tips for the immediate postpartum period.
While the workshop is open to those at any stage of pregnancy, we recommend attending around 32-34 weeks for maximum benefit. Partners are encouraged to join you! Please come dressed comfortably, as hands-on demonstrations will be a part of the session.
